At Deesa Banskatha Cold Storage Association (DBKCSA), our mission is to support and strengthen the cold storage industry by representing the interests of operators across the Banskatha region. We work towards creating awareness, sharing industry knowledge, supporting policy improvements, and helping members adopt better practices through collaboration and education.

We aim to provide a strong platform where cold storage operators can connect, grow, solve challenges, and access valuable resources that contribute to the long-term success of the industry.

Since 2004

Our History

Founded in 2004, the Deesa Banskatha Cold Storage Association was established to provide a unified voice for cold storage operators across the Banskatha region of Gujarat.

Over the past 20+ years, we have grown from a small group of operators to a network of 230+ members, collectively managing over 1900000 MT of storage capacity. Our association has played a pivotal role in policy advocacy, securing government subsidies, and promoting modern cold storage practices across the region.

Today, DBKCSA continues to be the strongest advocate for the cold storage industry in Banskatha — organising training programmes, distributing government circulars, facilitating dispute resolution, and creating networking opportunities for all our members.
